With eservice.gap.com, Gap card members have instant access to all things regarding their accounts. Here, you can pay your bill, check your balance, track Gap rewards, and view your account history, along with many other things.

Easy to Use

Gap’s eservice website is easy to use. In a soft palette of blues and greys, it is also extremely attractive. The color choices make it easy for your eyes to move from place to place on the screen and find exactly what you are looking for. If you are already a member of the eservice community with Gap, all you will need to do is enter your user ID in the left hand upper corner of the screen in the appropriate box. You have the choice to be remembered or not on your next visit – do this with discretion, depending on where you tend to use your computer and whether it is a computer that only you use. After you enter the required information, just hit the log in button, and you’ll be on your way to managing your Gap account.

If you are a new user, then click the Sign Up button. You have to have a Gap credit card to use this page, as it is dedicated specifically to Gap consumers. Only primary cardholders can register, and the card must be in your possession in order for you to register your account. If you are not the primary cardholder and you want to have access to this service, the primary cardholder will need to sign you up and give you permission to manage the account online.

After clicking the sign up button, you will be taken through a series of steps that will help you sign up securely in order to manage your Gap account from anywhere you happen to be. If you have problems, help is just a click away.

The Help Menu

There is no obvious help menu on this website, since the interactive nature of the site will help you in small steps as you go through the process of using it. If you are stuck and need assistance, you can go to the main Gap website link located at the bottom left of the webpage. At the bottom of the main page, you’ll find a link to Customer Service. Click on that to see a menu of assistance options, including “Contact Us”. Click Contact Us for a comprehensive menu of choices that make getting the help you need easy.

having a hard time logging in . used eservices.gap.com it keeps telling me to change my password. when i go back it tells me to reenter all information which i do.what am i doing wrong..i just changed my password within the last hour. Help Help

I receive continual calls about gapservice. I do not have a card and do not want one. Please remove me from your call list. My number is 404-933-9073.

I want to dispute a bill….can not get a person on the phone. This is the most frustrating company!!!!!! Either get in touch with me or I am canceling my credit card !

I have received at least 3 calls per day about a gap visa card . I do not want a gap Visa card and do not wish to be constantly hounded with phone calls. Please , please take me off you list, or I will have to destroy my gap card out of frustration. I have called the number left of my machine several times, and received no help. (205)979-2562.
And now it won’t even take this comment!
