Don’t know why I have to fill out so much crap just to find out the balance of my card!!! #6277205671391033. Just want to know the balance! Shouldn’t have to give out personal info.
I tried to use my Subway card today but was told that the balance was less than the purchase cost…..and that the Subway computer system is not designed to use both card credit and cash. When I asked about adding credit to the card, I was told that there was a minimum amount that could be added ($5). So it seems that Subway has designed this card such that you always have to carry a balance or give Subway a cash gift (since it is virtually impossible to get the card value to zero). THIS IS A TOTAL RIPOFF. DO NOT USE THIS CARD UNLESS YOU PLAN TO MAKE SUBWAY A CASH GIFT. A loyal Subway customer who will now head elsewhere for subs…..
I did not get my points for 2 subs because the store’s card machine was not working. Since I was paying by credit card, I had to pay at the main store cashier, not the Subway register, so my receipt is from Jiffy Mart, not from Subway. Now I can’t get the credit for the 2 subs I purchased. STUPID!
SUBWAY IS NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF RIPOFF CON ARTISTS PROMISING FREE SUBS BY GIVING POINTS ON CARDS WHICH THEY MAKE PEOPLE JUMP THROUGH SO MANY HOOPS TO REDEEM THAT IT NEVER HAPPENS. THEY DID THIS WITH THEIR STAMP PROGRAM YEARS AGO WHERE A STORE WOULD NOT REDEEM A CARD THAT HAD STAMPS FROM ANOTHER STORE. WITH THEIR NOW FAMOUS 11 INCH FOOTLONG SUBS WE KNOW THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF CROOKS!

i have points card, i have 50 pts. on it i tried to get a sandwich and they are telling me the card is frozen and i could not redeem it. i was told to call the toll free number and transfer the points to another acard, when i called you cant talk to a person they tell you to go on line when i went on line i could not get into the proper webside, so please let me know what to do so i could get my credit transfered or how to unfreeze the card.
